At Bip we are looking for a person for the position of HR Administrative assistant within the Human Resources team to carry out different administrative tasks. You will support the Human Resources department in different functions. Our HR position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information while respecting confidentiality above all else. If you're passionate about HR procedures and policies and want to help create a stimulating workplace, this role is for you. Finally, you will gain HR experience in a fast-paced and demanding work environment by supporting all HR functions and, if possible, improving them. Responsibilities Maintain employee records (hard and electronic copies) Update HR databases (e.g., training, listings, ) Control and management of documentation necessary to carry out subsidised training actions (FUNDAE). Prepare documentation for Human Resources policies and procedures. Process employee enrollment requests. Meeting agenda, sending calls, etc. Collaborate with the rest of the Human Resources team to publish job advertisements on career pages, preparation of Jobs description. Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications. Control of the registration process and review of documentation. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Labour Sciences, Labour Relations and Human Resources. Spanish native-speaker and very good command of English (written and spoken) Preferred, demonstrable work experience in Human Resources teams (1/2 years). Computer skills and experience with MS Office applications, high level. Knowledge of labor legislation. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Teamwork skills.
