Role Overview At Job Duck, we are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst who thrives on transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape strategic decisions. In this role, you will leverage your analytical expertise and business acumen to design models, build dashboards, and uncover trends that drive organizational performance. You will collaborate closely with the Process Department, often bridging the gap between technical solutions and business needs, ensuring that data informs smarter decisions across the company. Candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at stakeholder engagement will excel in this position, making a meaningful impact every day. Schedule Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST (USA) Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To Translating business questions into analytical problems and presenting insights clearly to executives Ensuring compliance with data governance standards and maintaining documentation for BI assets Developing dashboards and reports that effectively communicate business trends and KPIs Building semantic models and measures using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources including CRM, ERP, and financial systems Partnering with the Process Department to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements What We’re Looking For At least two years of experience in a Business Intelligence or analytics role Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field Proven expertise in SQL and Power BI (including DAX and Power Query), with exposure to Microsoft Fabric and Google BigQuery Required skills: Data modeling expertise; Knowledge of visualization standards; Strong business acumen; Stakeholder management capabilities; Problem-solving skills; Analytical Thinking; Decision Quality; Dealing with Ambiguity; Customer Focus; Planning & Priority Setting; Interpersonal Savvy; Presentation Skills; Process Management Preferred knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical modeling Relevant certifications such as PL-300 (Power BI), DP-600 (Fabric), or Google Data Analytics are highly valued Required software and tools: Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Planner), Workday, Power BI (Pro license), Copilot, Google BigQuery, Keeper Security, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Python, R Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment What’s In It for You Monthly compensation starting at 1600 USD Paid time off .
