Practical Information: Location: Medellín, Colombia or Mexico City, Mexico | Reports to: Learning Experience Design Lead | Visa: Valid working visa for Colombia | Language: Fluent/Professional English | Work arrangement: Hybrid As the new Learning Experience Designer, you will design, build, and curate engaging, scalable curriculum that aligns with business needs and organizational goals. You will partner with Regional L&D and Academy Leads to define learning objectives and content requirements. Your responsibilities will include: Design and curate learning solutions, including learning journeys, pathways, e‑learning modules, face‑to‑face, VILT, and blended learning programs. Apply instructional design principles to create engaging, learner‑centered experiences. Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders to recommend effective learning approaches and solutions. Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices in learning design and technology. Collaborate with internal and external content providers and partners such as Microsoft, AWS, and GCP to curate high‑quality learning resources. Manage multiple projects, including timelines, resources, and communications, while fostering social learning communities. Job Requirements: Higher education degree in instructional design, educational technology, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in eLearning or instructional design for adult learners. Familiarity with online, classroom, virtual instructor‑led, and blended learning approaches in fast‑paced, technology‑driven environments. Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate, Vyond, Camtasia, Adobe Suite, AI‑based platforms, and learning management systems (e.g., Docebo, Percipio). Solid stakeholder management and excellent communication skills. Self‑driven, customer‑focused, and committed to innovation and continuous improvement.
