Ser responsable de la propiedad de todos los problemas/necesidades de los clientes que se expresen o se observen y actuar de forma adecuada; Puede proporcionar apoyo al Ingeniero Asociado de Clientes y/o al Servicio; Representante/Técnico de Servicio cuando sea necesario
Comprender y cumplir con los diversos requisitos del Acuerdo de Nível de Servicio (SLA) del cliente y elevar o escalar los problemas cuando sea apropiado, y/o de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos
Representar a NCR de una manera que refleje positivamente la imagen y la reputación de la empresa
Verificar que el entorno del sitio cumple con los requisitos antes de la instalación o puesta en marcha; instalar los sistemas del cliente de acuerdo con el plan de instalación, certificar que la instalación o la configuración del producto cumple con los requisitos del cliente
