Responsibilities Backend Development: Design and develop scalable and efficient backend services to ensure high availability and strong performance of our applications. Database Management: Develop and optimize database schemas, queries, and indexing to support application requirements across a variety of tools and systems. API Development: Build and maintain robust and secure backend APIs. Ensure smooth integration with front-end systems and third-party services. DevOps & CI/CD: Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions. Focus on automation, testing, and deployment strategies across isolated environments. Infrastructure Management: Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to define and manage infrastructure using modern tooling. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams across technology, operations, and product to deliver high-quality software solutions. Qualifications Proven experience in designing and developing scalable backend services. Strong skills in developing and optimizing database schemas, queries, and indexing to support various application requirements. Extensive experience in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of security principles and best practices in a development environment. High level of expertise in Python and SQL, with relevant experience in Azure services (Functions, LogicApps, Databases, APIM Gateway, App Services, etc.), Databricks, and Power BI. Familiarity with networking principles is a plus. English Proficiency, enabling effective communication and collaboration. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
