Overview Guest Experience Agent (Reservas) – Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. This role is part of the reservations and sales team, focused on selling properties, providing information to potential guests, and ensuring guest satisfaction through accurate reservation details. Location and Employment Type Location: Bogota, Colombia (Capital District). Full time position. Reports to the Reservations Manager. Requires a Colombian work permit. Responsibilities Responsible for selling the properties and providing information to potential guests. Capture sales from incoming Reservation calls and coordinate the details of each reservation to ensure guest satisfaction. Respond to Reservation requests by email and redirect requests as needed. Track unsecured reservations and waitlist reservations. Track estimated arrival times and offer transportation services. Run proper reports to check for special requests and block rooms accordingly; report VIPs to Reservations Manager. Contact guests or travel planners to clear up discrepancies in preferences or requests prior to arrival; handle and escalate complaints per Four Seasons policies. Meet Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, collaborating with the Task Force and Planning Committee. Respond according to the crisis management plan to any emergency or hotel security situation; comply with internal work regulations. Assist with development of direct sales presentation material for travel industry and group sales. About You Studies in administration, hospitality, or customer service. Experience: minimum of one year in Reservations and/or Front Office, or Call Center. Skills: Excellent command of English (reading, writing and speaking). Abilities Dynamic, detail-oriented personality. Good interpersonal relationships. Responsible, reliable, and able to work well in a team. Strong communication and excellent customer service skills.
