You will be responsible for ensuring that every transaction is recorded accurately to maintain seamless operations between our sales, inventory, and finance departments. Key Responsibilities Order Entry: Accurately input customer purchase orders into the system, ensuring correct product variants (SKUs), quantities, and pricing are applied. Workflow Management: Move orders through the sales lifecycle—from initial quotation to confirmed sales order—and monitor the status of outbound deliveries. Database Integrity: Maintain the CRM and contact database by creating new customer profiles and updating shipping/billing information to prevent delivery delays. Inventory Coordination: Monitor real-time stock levels; flag "Out of Stock" items and communicate lead times to the sales team or customers. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve "blocked" orders, such as those with price discrepancies, credit holds, or incomplete shipping data. Requirements & Skills Data Precision: High typing speed and exceptional accuracy; a keen eye for detail to catch small errors in part numbers or tax codes. ERP Literacy: A strong understanding of ERP logic—knowing how a sales entry impacts inventory picking lists and accounting invoices. Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot why an order isn't validating (e.g., missing stock, system errors, or unconfigured shipping methods). Communication: Ability to work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure order priority is handled correctly. Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume data entry or order fulfillment role.
