Architectural Drafter

Join No. 70, 338‑Pádel‑Hilco‑Pádel, 842‑Acop­‑Co​re, DeSimone Consulting Engineering. This architectural drafter role is located in Medellín, CO. Applicants will work with leading engineers and designers on projects that set new standards for design and innovation. About the Role As an entry‑level Architectural Drafter, you will support the façade design process for a variety of projects. You will prepare technical drawings, details, and mark‑ups in AutoCAD, Revit, or Bluebeam under the guidance of senior team members. What You’ll Do Prepare accurate AutoCAD/Revit/Bluebeam drawings and details with attention to detail. Complete tasks independently where possible, meet deadlines, and communicate progress as directed. Assist with the technical delivery of façade design and documentation for façade systems and consultancy services. Produce reports, sketches, drawings, and technical deliverables at each project stage. Track project deliverables, milestones, and risks, and update the PM and senior façade specialist as needed. Manage simultaneous projects effectively. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (new graduates welcome). Proficiency with drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit). Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Effective communication skills for collaboration with teammates and project partners. English proficiency is preferred but not required. Work toward obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related vocational program. Ability to work in AutoCAD and Revit. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
