About the role We’re seeking a junior accountant to support daily accounting operations, including reconciliations, reporting, and financial documentation. Key Responsibilities Process and reconcile transactions: vendor invoices, journal entries, billing, receipts, and collections. Prepare reconciliations: bank, vendor, and customer accounts; track balances and aging schedules. Support closing activities: assist in month‑end and year‑end close with accurate entries and reports. Maintain records and compliance: ensure organized documentation, support audits, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate and report: work with other departments to resolve discrepancies and generate basic financial reports. Minimum Qualifications 1–3 years of accounting experience. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with ERP/accounting systems. Knowledge of Colombian accounting and tax basics. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
