Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Location: Remote (Colombia) Type: Full-Time Experience: 3+ Years Modules: Core Platform, APM, HRSD (experience in any one or multiple is welcome) About the Role We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to support, develop, and enhance multiple modules within the ServiceNow platform—including Core Platform Development, Application Portfolio Management (APM), and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD). This role will work closely with business, IT, HR, and data stakeholders to deliver scalable configurations, custom applications, integrations, and high-quality platform solutions. Key Responsibilities Platform Development & Customization Configure forms, workflows, Flow Designer actions, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and catalog items. Build user‑friendly interfaces and custom applications to support business processes. Module‑Specific Support (APM / HRSD / Custom Apps) APM: Maintain accurate application inventory, support device‑to‑application mapping, ensure data integrity, and support governance and reporting. HRSD: Administer HRSD modules (Case, Knowledge, Employee Center), manage lifecycle events, and support HR operations through configuration and automation. Core Apps: Build custom applications, enhance CMDB‑related processes, and ensure optimal application performance. Integration & Data Management Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Maintain data integrity across modules including CMDB, APM, and HRSD. Perform regular audits, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Support user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post‑release stabilization. Provide platform support, resolve issues, and deliver clear documentation. Stay updated on ServiceNow releases, new features, and best practices. Recommend enhancements to improve platform efficiency, usability, and data accuracy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow development or module administration. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, scripting, and configuration. Experience with one or more modules: Core Development, APM, CMDB, HRSD, Custom Apps. Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP). Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data management. Preferred: ServiceNow System Administrator, ITIL certification, HRSD/Implementation Specialist certification. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to document technical processes clearly. Effective communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. High attention to detail and commitment to data and platform accuracy. Ability to work independently and in Agile/Scrum teams. Continuous learning mindset with interest in new ServiceNow capabilities.
