If you love precision, problem-solving, and collaborating with top U.S. clients , this is your chance to shine The Opportunity: We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist (Independent Contractor) to oversee payroll-related tasks in collaboration with our U.S. partners . In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, processing, and reviewing payroll information , ensuring accuracy in compensation calculations, preparing payments, and maintaining precise payroll records . What You’ll Be Doing: Ensure accuracy – Process payments, timesheets, and deductions with precision. Solve payroll challenges – Identify and resolve discrepancies before they become issues. Support financial compliance – Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance. Assist with payroll inquiries – Provide clarity and support to clients and internal teams. Stay ahead of changes – Keep up with payroll regulations and best practices . What You Need to Succeed: 2+ years of experience in payroll or accounting . Fluent English (B2+) – You’ll be working with U.S. clients . Strong attention to detail – Accuracy is your priority. Tech-savvy mindset – Experience with payroll software and Excel . Confidentiality & professionalism – You handle sensitive data with integrity. Problem-solving skills – You don’t just spot issues, you fix them.
