Fully Remote Paralegal – Litigation | Financial Services Clients (Ideal) A busy litigation practice is looking to hire a high-performing Paralegal to support a dynamic team working on complex, fast-moving disputes—ideally with exposure to financial sector clients. This is a 100% remote opportunity, so we’re looking for someone who’s naturally proactive, organised, and confident working independently. What you’ll be doing Support lawyers across the lifecycle of litigation matters Manage and maintain case files, pleadings, bundles, and key deadlines Draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents Coordinate discovery/document review and liaise with third parties Keep matters moving—chasing actions, flagging risks, and staying one step ahead What we’re looking for Paralegal experience supporting a litigation practice (essential) Exposure to financial services / wealth management / banking / asset management clients (highly desirable) A true self-starter—able to manage priorities without close supervision Excellent written and verbal communication Calm under pressure, highly organised, and detail-focused Why this role Work from anywhere (fully remote) High-quality work with a sharp, collaborative team Autonomy + trust + impact—your organisation and follow-through will be valued Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Legal Industries Law Practice, Courts of Law, and Legal Services Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Talent Focus Executive Search and Consulting – Pay range This range is provided by Talent Focus Executive Search and Consulting.
