About You Are you interested in launching or growing your career in digital marketing? The WITHIN team is expanding, and we’re looking for a Digital Media Buyer to support our efforts across multiple marketing channels. What You’ll Learn Paid Social : Create and manage campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Paid Search : Optimize Google Ads and Bing campaigns for maximum ROI. Programmatic : Buy display, video, and native ads at scale using demand‑side platforms. Email Marketing : Craft compelling email campaigns and run automation tests. Affiliate Marketing : Drive traffic and conversions through commission‑based strategies. SEO : Improve website content and structure for organic visibility. Influencer Marketing : Build awareness and engagement through influencer collaborations. Retail Media : Advertise on e‑commerce platforms like Amazon and Walmart. Duties Support a diverse client portfolio to drive marketing performance. Communicate with clients via email and meetings to align on strategy and performance goals. Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute marketing strategies. Produce KPI dashboards and performance reports with actionable insights. Analyze cross‑channel performance data to identify optimization opportunities. Support A/B testing, consumer research, and data‑driven decision making. Implement best practices and proprietary technology to optimize strategies. Provide creative and copy recommendations based on historical performance data. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (conditional statements, pivot tables, VLOOKUP). Full professional proficiency in English. Benefits Base salary – 25k MXN. Unlimited vacation policy.
