Baker Hughes invites recent engineering graduates to join the LEAD Field Engineer Development Program, a three-and-a-half-year, structured path combining classroom training, field assignments, and mentoring to accelerate readiness for technical leadership.
You will travel domestically and internationally, support customer operations, and progress through competency levels while receiving coaching and hands-on exposure to mechanical, electrical, and systems challenges.
