Descripción Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. Manage the month-end close process, including reconciliations and journal entries. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data to internal and external stakeholders. Monitor and analyze accounting data to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy. Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the FMCG industry to improve financial processes. Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Assist in special projects related to the Accounting & Finance department as needed. Perfil buscado (h/m) A successful Record to Report Accountant should have: Proven experience in accounting, preferably within the FMCG industry. Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
