ScrumLaunch Martech Data Engineer (LatAm) LatAm Remote Open Requirements Core Technical Skills Strong Computer Science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, debugging, version control). Python development with focus on: writing and consuming REST API clients; data transformation and ETL workflows. Databricks Ability to read/write data to/from Databricks tables and platform. Familiarity with Delta tables and basic Spark operations. Integration Skills Experience building POCs for third‑party APIs and tools (e.g., Adjust, attribution/analytics platforms). Ability to build lightweight Slack integrations/bots (event posting, triggers, notifications). Martech / Analytics Context Understanding of event collection and tracking pipelines (events, properties, schemas). Experience with CDPs or attribution tools such as Adjust, Segment, Braze, etc. Familiarity with aligning processed data back into the data platform (Databricks). Strong communication skills to document findings, event usage, integration workflows. Nice‑to‑Haves Basic UI development for dashboards, internal tools, or web apps. Familiarity with A/B testing or experimentation frameworks. We offer Opportunities to work on diverse and challenging projects.
