Join our team today and experience firsthand our dedication to supporting People First.**Key Responsibilities****Power BI Dashboard Development & Data Analysis (60%)*** **Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to track and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).*** **Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights that support day-to-day decision-making.*** **Support automation and reporting processes using Power Automate when applicable.****SQL-Based Data Extraction & Transformation (20%)*** **Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources.*** **Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate and timely data availability.****Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting Support (20%)*** **Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure data solutions meet business needs.*** **Provide regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.****Qualifications*** **1–2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or reporting roles.*** **Solid knowledge of Power BI and SQL.*** **Experience with Power Automate and ETL tools is a plus.*** **Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.*** **Experience in BPO or startups is a plus.*** **Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1).****How We Partner To Protect You: TaskUs will neither solicit money from you during your application process nor require any form of payment in order to proceed with your application.
