As a Technical Consultant you will provide consultancy and technical guidance to customers. Define and deliver card product specifications based on customer requirements and manage a portfolio of clients through the product life cycle in a regional and complex environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Pre-sales support, including the analysis of the customer’s requests in terms of cards and solutions.
  • Understand the customer technical organization.
  • Actively understand the customer’s technical requirements and able to identify the possible solutions, based on Thales’ product map.
  • Responsible for defining the customer technical requirements and specifications he/she manages.
  • Responsible for being the technical point of contact for customers.
  • May oversee project management or engineering if no dedicated resource is assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a technical consultant in a relevant field (Smartcards, Embedded software, Telecom, or secure transactions).
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (B2) .

Position Requirements

  • Colombian citizenship or work permit.
  • Hybrid role, office based in Bogotá.
