  3. Manage the company's relationship with tax authorities and respond to tax queries and audits.
  4. Perform financial and tax analysis to identify areas for improvement in the company's financial and tax management.
  5. Train accounting and finance staff to ensure they are up to date with the latest tax and financial regulations.
  6. Guide clients on the potential tax implications of various business or financial decisions.
  7. Documentary management of the department.
  8. Analyze different tax initiatives or options to find the best solution for the company or client.
Qualifications:
  1. Professional in Accounting, Finance or careers related to the position.
  2. Experience between 5 and 8 years leading tax processes, preferably in companies in the technology sector.
  3. Problem solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make informed and effective decisions in uncertain situations.
  4. Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a changing environment and cope with sudden changes in job requirements.
  5. Business communication and teamwork skills.
  6. Advanced level of English (conversational), essential for the position.

Salary range: 8M to 10.5M
