Chapinero, Colombia | Publicado el 10/12/2025 Buscamos un Ingeniero de Software Senior con alta experiencia en desarrollo backend, un dominio técnico sólido y un fuerte potencial de liderazgo. Esta posición hará parte del plan estratégico para fortalecer el Delivery Center en Bogotá, contribuyendo tanto al desarrollo de soluciones críticas como a la evolución técnica del equipo. El candidato ideal tendrá una comunicación sobresaliente, dominio de buenas prácticas de arquitectura, amplio manejo del ecosistema .NET, experiencia en la nube Azure, y la capacidad de relacionarse directamente con stakeholders globales, incluyendo el VP de IT. Esta persona no solo actuará como desarrollador senior, sino que estará proyectada para asumir un rol futuro como Tech Manager o Arquitecto, liderando decisiones técnicas clave y facilitando la coordinación entre equipos. Obligatorios Título profesional en Ingeniería, Ciencias de la Computación o carreras afines. 7+ años de experiencia en desarrollo backend con C# / ASP.NET Core Dominio en diseño e implementación de microservicios y APIs RESTful. Amplio conocimiento de SQL Server (T-SQL, procedimientos almacenados, diseño de esquemas, indexación, optimización de rendimiento). Experiencia con Dapper, ADO.NET o EF Core. Dominio de buenas prácticas: SOLID, Clean Architecture, DDD. Experiencia en CI/CD con Azure DevOps o GitHub Actions. Manejo de Docker y familiaridad con Kubernetes. Experiencia práctica con servicios de Microsoft Azure (App Services, API Management, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, etc.). Inglés avanzado B2+/C1 con comunicación ejecutiva. Seguridad, presencia y capacidad para interactuar con líderes globales. Experiencia con Redis o message brokers (Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ). Documentación de APIs con Swagger / OpenAPI. Certificaciones Azure (AZ-204, AZ-305 u otras). Experiencia con Application Insights u OpenTelemetry. Mentalidad de ownership y responsabilidad. Capacidad para comunicar conceptos técnicos complejos de manera clara y orientada al negocio. Liderazgo natural, influencia y capacidad de coaching.
