Hi. We're a recruiting company. We're very good at what we do. We're looking to hire someone on our internal team to help grow our candidate-facing brand, Project Growth.
This person will be dynamic and creative.

You'll run that side of the house.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing our marketing strategy across multiple platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

You'll be responsible for making sure the candidate-facing side of our company grows — you'll create engaging content, launch campaigns, ideate and help to PM the launch of our new site, manage community engagement, track performance metrics, and foster community engagement. If you have a passion for social media, project management, a strong creative mindset, and the ability to stay ahead of trends, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements:

  1. 2-3 years of experience in marketing
  2. Great at project management
  3. Proficient in social media strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and maybe other fun stuff like X/Reddit)
  4. Basic experience with metric/data tracking
  5. Basic skills in creating static images and infographics (using Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.)
  6. Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Houdini, etc.)
  7. Strong copywriting skills (both short-form and long-form)
  8. Excellent communication skills
  9. Bonus: Knowledge or experience in the recruitment industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage social media campaigns
  2. Coordinate the launch of our new website
  3. Work with the design team
  4. Work with the creative team
  5. Create diverse content (static, video, and written)
  6. Schedule and post content across various social platforms
  7. Track and report on marketing performance metrics
  8. Engage with the community and manage interactions
  9. Oversee content control through social listening
  10. Stay updated on social trends, platform changes, and viral content
  11. Collaborate with the marketing team to establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for content creation and review
