As a Logistics Leader you will oversee the efficient movement and storage of goods, ensuring operations run smoothly, cost‑effectively, and on schedule. This role focuses on achieving optimal service levels while meeting Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals. Responsibilities include coordinating the supply chain and managing strategies for external commerce, transportation, warehousing, and distribution. What You’ll Do Manage external commerce by overseeing import/export processes for finished goods and raw materials. Coordinate transportation strategies to ensure timely, cost-effective distribution. Optimize warehouse operations, including reception, storage, and dispatch activities. Control budgets and costs, monitoring logistics expenses while maintaining service levels. Build strong vendor relationships with customs brokers, providers, carriers, and freight forwarders. Ensure compliance and safety, adhering to legal regulations and transportation/storage standards. Lead and develop the logistics team, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Fluent in English written and oral. 9+ years of experience managing transportation, distribution centers, external commerce operations with 3+ years of experience managing teams. What Will Set You Apart Experience working in a matrix organizational environment and multinational companies. Strong subject matter expertise: external commerce, warehousing and distribution. Knowledge of import, export operations and regulations. SAP, transportation module. Able to solve complex problems under time pressure. Strong analytical and problem-solving, ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations. Results oriented and self‑driven. Strong sense of the importance of teamwork and collaboration. Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
