Innovation & Development Project Manager | Multinational Manufacturing Company

About the Role
As an Innovation & Development Project Manager , you will be responsible for initiating, leading, and managing development projects from concept generation through production implementation and commercial launch. You will play a key role in developing innovative solutions for pipeline systems, water management, and sewer infrastructure , while collaborating with global and local stakeholders.
This is an on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary innovation and development teams across local and global functions.
- Drive projects from idea generation to industrialization and successful market introduction.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate stakeholders and manage project expectations throughout the development lifecycle.
- Ensure effective execution, risk management, and delivery of innovation initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical, commercial, and operational teams to achieve business objectives.
- Support sales development activities and product implementation strategies.
What We're Looking For
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Nice to have: Postgraduate studies in Innovation & Development, Plastics Technology, Product Design , or related fields are highly valued.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience leading Innovation & Development projects as a Project Manager.
- Experience within industries such as: Plastics, Steel / Metals, Oil & Gas, Fluid Transportation Systems, Industrial Manufacturing
- Experience working with 3D modeling software , preferably SolidWorks, Inventor, or Rhino .
- Natural curiosity and passion for innovation.
- Confidence to challenge the status quo and explore new ideas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent project planning, organization, and execution skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Additional Requirements
- Availability to travel internationally when required (approximately 10-20%).
