As a Product Data Analyst, you'll work closely with business and product teams to identify key metrics, extract actionable insights, and help shape data-informed decisions. You will write complex SQL queries, work with Python for data manipulation, and build dashboards to support various teams across the company. This position offers significant growth potential and opportunities to work with multiple departments including Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.Accountabilities:Collaborate with product and business teams to define KPIs and measure performance Build reports and dashboards that provide real-time insights and support strategic decisions Use SQL and Python to extract, clean, and analyze large data sets Present analytical findings in a clear and actionable way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement across product and operational areas Maintain and enhance analytics tools and documentation Requirements3+ years of professional experience in data analytics or a similar role Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Python for data analysis Familiarity with data visualization platforms like Tableau, Looker, Redash, or Power BI Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication skills Fluent in English BenefitsCompetitive monthly salary between $2,000 - $4,500 USD (based on experience) Fully remote position with flexible hours Work with modern tech tools including Python, Redshift, dbt, and AWS Exposure to a global, mission-driven fintech company Opportunities for career advancement in a growing analytics team Collaborative and diverse work culture that values innovation and ownership Structured hiring process with cognitive, coding, and case study interviews Jobgether hiring process disclaimerThis job is posted on behalf of one of our partner companies.
