The role People & Culture Operations Specialist Bogotá Are you motivated by working closely with international teams in a multicultural environment? Do you enjoy being a key point of contact to ensure a positive experience for employees? Are you interested in deepening your expertise in payroll management and labor relations in Brazil? Being part of this team means joining a collaborative, dynamic, and people‑centric environment, where your role will be essential in ensuring efficient onboarding and payroll processes, fully aligned with Brazilian labor regulations and the company’s internal standards. You will have a direct impact on employee experience and on the regional People & Culture operations. What a day‑to‑day in this role looks like: Manage the full payroll cycle for employees in Brazil. Ensure correct application of local labor laws and internal guidelines. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Work closely with local and international People & Culture teams. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information in payroll tools and HRIS. What we need to see from you Technical or professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields, with experience in payroll management and employee onboarding processes. Required Skills Previous experience in payroll management and onboarding processes. Proficiency in payroll tools and HRIS systems (ideally Workday). Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams. Proficiency in Portuguese. Desired skills: Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation.
