Global Digital Manufacturing Lead (F/m/d) Hitachi Energy Germany AG Description We’re looking for top talent to join our team As part of the Power Transformers Operations team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable and transformational change across multiple transformers factories, focused on digital transformation in manufacturing. You will work with our transformer factories worldwide, with a wide variety of technologies and equipment, coordinating digitalization and process analysis programs and projects and will share your knowledge by delivering global trainings. Responsibilities Act as the global manufacturing digitalization lead for power transformers which includes definition, training and implementation of digitalization tools and equipment for the entire power transformer business. Improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of our power transformer factories through integration and automation, IoT solutions, AI, cloud and advanced analytics. Provide expert support to our factories for implementation, training, and process improvement activities. Conduct factory assessments and drive implementation of appropriate digitalization equipment and analysis tools. Develop standard requirements for digital manufacturing tools and equipment. Generate and update documentation training material and user manuals related to digitalization tools deployed in the transformer factories. Drive cooperation with innovation team to continuously improve existing and to introduce new systems in a systematic manner. Background University degree. Experience in manufacturing digitalization (>5 years). Skills in areas such as manufacturing digitalization, automation and process analysis. Strong analytical and systemic problem-solving skills with clear passion to develop and drive changes. Proven leadership skills in areas of training and education. International experience, working with different countries and cultures. Fluent written and spoken English matched with excellent communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
