**Responsabilidades**:
- Mantener una comunicación abierta y constante con el cliente para fortalecer la relación comercial, gestionando de manera oportuna el talento contratado.
- Supervisar y controlar la ejecución de las labores de los equipos a través del seguimiento y mentoría a los team leaders, asegurando altos desempeños en los KPIs.
- Revisar la documentación de tareas de los colaboradores para prevenir pérdida de posiciones por posible rotación.
- Reportar novedades de los colaboradores y hacer seguimiento para una facturación correcta y oportuna.
- Analizar, proponer e implementar mejoras en los procesos de cada cuenta basándose en el análisis de datos e indicadores.
**Habilidades y Calificaciones**:
- Excel: Intermedio -Deseables: Mapeo de procesos (Intermedio), Análisis de datos (Básico), Lucidchart (Intermedio), Canva (Intermedio), Prezi (Básico)
**Requisitos Indispensables**:
- Experiência previa comprobable como supervisor de operaciones, de minimo 6 meses en industrias de BPO o similares.
- Ingles C1
- Experiência en manejo de metricas grupales, en coaching y en feedbacks constructivos
**Remuneración**:
- Salario: $**3.000.000 **(Base prestacional $1.950.000 + Auxilio de vivienda fijo $1.050.000, consignado de manera fija a tu cuenta de ahorros).
+ Auxilio de transporte si aplica, por 162.000 COP
- Horario: 8:00 am a 5:00 pm, de lunes a viernes.
- Posibilidades de crecimiento: Senior supervisor, Specialist Supervisor, con aumentos salariales con base a performance y KPIs
