The Position We are hiring a Creative Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our creative and marketing organization. This role is a specialized project manager focused on coordination, prioritization, and execution across siloed creative functions. You will ensure work moves efficiently from intake to delivery, stakeholders are aligned, feedback loops are clean, and deadlines are consistently met. This role exists to remove friction from the creative process and to free senior creative leadership to focus on strategy, writing, editing, and high-impact work. What You’ll Be Doing Own creative intake, prioritization, and resourcing across teams. Build and maintain clear project timelines, dependencies, and delivery plans for deliverables ranging from social posts to full website rebranding initiatives. Coordinate work across design, content, social, and marketing stakeholders. Ensure all required reviews (brand, accuracy, leadership) are completed. Track progress and flag risks early. Facilitate planning meetings, check‑ins, and handoffs. Maintain documentation for workflows, processes, and standards. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in creative operations, marketing operations, or project management for creative or design organizations. Advanced English is required. Successful completion of a four‑year college degree is required. Proven experience coordinating designers, writers, and marketers. Comfort managing multiple parallel workstreams. Experience working with distributed or remote teams. Familiarity with tools like Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or similar. Strong organizational, presenting, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication abilities. Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology organizations is a plus. Experience supporting brand refreshes or large asset rollouts is a nice‑to‑have. Understanding of creative review and approval workflows. Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack’s clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them. Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
