Responsibilities Build and ship end-to-end product features across Node.js services and Nuxt/Vue.js web apps. Design, implement, and maintain scalable APIs and backend systems on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Model and optimize data access patterns in GCP Datastore, including performance, indexing, and migrations. Improve reliability, observability, and performance (logging/metrics/tracing), and participate in on-call/incident response as needed. Collaborate with Product/Design to translate requirements into high-quality, user-friendly experiences. Requirements Strong proficiency with Node.js (TypeScript preferred) and building/maintaining production APIs. Strong experience with Vue.js and Nuxt, including component architecture, state management, and performance tuning. Hands‑on experience deploying and operating services on GCP (e.g., Cloud Run/App Engine, Cloud Build, IAM, logging/monitoring). Solid understanding of web fundamentals (HTTP, auth, security best practices, caching) and modern frontend tooling. Comfortable working in an agile environment, communicating clearly, and owning projects from discovery to delivery. Experience with distributed systems, multi‑tenant SaaS, or building internal admin/ops tools.
