Stefanini LATAM is hiring a Senior Salesforce Marketing & Digital Business Analyst to support a LATAM Commercial Technology program within the healthcare and consumer-focused industry. This role is strongly downstream and execution-oriented , with hands‑on involvement in CRM, digital marketing platforms, consumer journeys, and analytics integrations . The professional will work closely with marketing teams, IT, and external agencies to deliver scalable, compliant, and data‑driven digital solutions across LATAM. Key Information Project duration: 1 year, with expected renewal Work model: Hybrid — 4 days onsite per week Language: Advanced / Fluent English (mandatory) Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end business requirements gathering and documentation for CRM and digital initiatives Translate marketing and business needs into functional specifications and process flows Support solution design within Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and coupon/consumer platforms Validate UX/UI designs , consumer journeys, and tagging implementations Coordinate unit testing, SIT, and UAT , including defect resolution Ensure integrations with websites, portals, APIs, microservices, and data platforms Work closely with marketing teams on SEO, GA/GTM, Facebook tagging , and analytics compliance Ensure adherence to LATAM governance, SLC processes, data privacy, and cybersecurity standards Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency Support roadmap planning and post‑implementation benefit tracking Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in CRM / Digital / Salesforce ecosystems Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales & Service Cloud preferred) Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and integrations with SFDC Experience working with digital platforms, websites, APIs, and data environments Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and Facebook tagging Background in healthcare, life sciences, or consumer goods (mandatory) Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Advanced English (minimum B2, professional working proficiency) Nice to Have Salesforce certifications Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) #J-18808-Ljbffr
