Posición en Bogotá que atiende y responde a los clientes en los Estados Unidos. Job Summary A Remote Leasing Consultant is our first impression to potential and current residents. A Leasing Consultant will listen and understand the needs of a potential resident and show them that we have what they want. Greeting potential and current residents, taking requests/complaints by phone or via email, and participating in outreach marketing activities are some responsibilities of a Leasing Consultant. This position requires a customer service and sales mentality. Essential Functions Answer questions from potential residents to define what they want. Schedule apartment and community tours with potential applicants. Sell the value of community features as they relate to the customer needs to close the sale. Follow-up regularly with potential leads. Create and maintain excellent and ongoing relationships with potential and current residents. Ensure a high level of customer service. Use customer service skills to take requests, complaints, comments, and resolve them quickly as well as Work Order requests and manage these operations. Assist in monitoring renewals and distribute and follow-up on renewal notices. Prepare and assist with all leasing paperwork. Process applications for approvals (credit check, rental history, etc.). Takes accountability for daily leasing operations, and ensures professional and timely responses and resolutions. Attend and participate in our training programs as required. Attendance and on time arrival is an essential job function. Physical Abilities Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods. Fine dexterity to operate computer, calculator and other office equipment. Visual acuity to inspect documents for accuracy. Ability to hear and speak in English to exchange information.
