Responsibilities Support the creation and definition of embargo orders operational flow, ensuring compliance with established regulatory requirements while maintaining efficiency and agility. Review, monitor, and respond to judicial requirements related to the freezing/unfreezing of funds. Provide continuous support for projects that ensure compliance with key policies related to judicial orders and their operational routines. Identify regulatory challenges and opportunities and use analytical tools to solve them. Support leadership in metrics and KPIs, facilitating the internal control environment of the Ops queue. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. 3+ years of experience in financial and non‑financial local regulation and policies related to embargo requests, supporting the end‑to‑end process from order receipt to fulfillment. Solid understanding of the specific regulations applicable to embargo processes. Advanced or native Spanish speaker; upper‑intermediate or advanced English. Attention to detail, data‑driven, and results oriented. Proficient in data manipulation; basic knowledge of SQL is desired. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
