Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and driven Junior Business Development Representative to support our sales team in identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for building relationships, and a desire to grow in sales and business development. This role is ideal for someone who is just starting their career and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities in target markets.
  2. Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  3. Assist in the development of sales strategies to reach prospective clients.
  4. Qualify inbound leads and pass them to the sales team for further engagement.
  5. Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate lead information.
  6. Support the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and client materials.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular communication.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns and drive growth.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong research and organizational abilities.
  4. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  6. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and goal-oriented.
  7. Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
