Overview:

As the Principal AI Engineer at MAS Global, you will play a critical role in defining and steering the strategic direction of our AI initiatives, with a hands on first approach.

This position requires a blend of technical and stakeholder acumen, focusing on designing, executing and overseeing our most important AI initiatives and offerings, the expectation is that you have the knowledge to design the solution end to end and bring it to fruition.

You will lead the projects from their inception to their deployment, shaping our technology strategy and collaborating with Delivery Teams to deliver innovative AI solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

In this role, you will engage directly with technical stakeholders, extracting the features that are functional and non functional needed to make the AI products you develop as useful and impactful as possible. It is expected that you design, develop and contribute significantly to the development of the AI initiative by commiting code and doing PRs to the code base.

Furthermore, you will enjoy developing people and facilitating reskilling and upskilling initiatives as part of our MAS Academy. Organizing events to grow MAS talent and enhance our market brand will also be a key focus.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
  • Proven experience in leading AI Projects, from ideation to deployement.
  • 5+ Years of Python experience with a Deep Learning framework (Pytorch, Keras, Tensorflow, JAX)
  • Excellent team management and leadership skills, with a track record of inspiring and developing technical talent.
  • Strong technical expertise in AI frameworks & MLOps
  • Strong Deep Learning & Generative AI Skills such as DSPy, Langchain, Pytorch & Tensorflow on the enterprise scale.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and key client stakeholders.
  • Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly and effectively.
  • A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C Level).
