Job Description The Technical Systems Engineer II (IT075) provides advanced technical support for complex, non-recurring IT issues and business-driven projects, working under minimal supervision to coordinate with teams and vendors in implementing solutions. The role includes managing the IT asset lifecycle (discovery, inventory, monitoring for failures), delivering onsite assistance for incident resolution, and ensuring business continuity and system availability . Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in IT, have 5+ years of corporate support experience , strong troubleshooting skills in hardware/software, and the ability to work independently in fast‑paced environments while driving process improvements. Qualifications Education: College diploma in Information Technology or related discipline Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience: 5+ years of corporate IT support Hardware/software troubleshooting and break-fix/repair Technical Skills: Advanced IT support for complex issues and projects IT asset lifecycle management (discovery, inventory, monitoring) Coordination with IT teams and vendors for operational technologies Soft Skills: Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem‑solving abilities Ability to work independently under minimal supervision Excellent communication and customer service orientation Time management and ability to prioritize tasks Other: Ability to manage multiple projects in fast‑paced environments Compliance with company Health & Safety and Code of Conduct policies #J-18808-Ljbffr
