What You’ll Be Doing As part of the Client Services / RevOps Consulting team, you’ll play a key role in implementing and maintaining clients’ Salesforce environments. Your responsibilities will include: Configuring and updating Salesforce environments (user setup, roles, permissions, and security) Implementing new features and customizing workflows in collaboration with RevOps consultants Building and maintaining custom objects, flows, validation rules, and automation processes Creating insightful reports and dashboards to help clients make data-driven decisions Providing hands‑on support to end users and troubleshooting system issues Preparing documentation to help users make the most of Salesforce solutions What You’ll Bring At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud), supporting a sales team Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration (custom objects, workflows, Process Builder, Lightning components) Experience with integrations, data management, and reporting Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly Bonus Points For Advanced Administrator certification or Platform App Builder or other advanced certifications. Experience working in an outsourced or agency setting with the ability to collaborate with diverse client teams.
