GF Fixed Costs – Sr. Financial Analyst Job Details Location: Bogota, Colombia (Hybrid Model) Position type: Permanent Summary of the Role The GF Fixed Costs Sr. Financial Analyst has a very visible role that performs extensive variance analysis and reporting for fixed costs, CAPEX, and personnel resources. The role supports both management and business unit support teams and is responsible for tracking actual expenditures relative to the financial plan and forecasts. In This Role You’ll Monitor monthly financial performance and research significant or unusual expense trends. Prepare monthly “highlights” documentation and other ad‑hoc reports for business unit support teams and management. Prepare and coordinate forecasts, including data uploads into corporate systems, and validate final plan submissions. Perform regional controlling activities, including unit cost factors for planning, analysis of major expenditures, and ensuring P&L consistency for assigned legal entities. Lead special projects and assignments as required. About the Ideal Candidate Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; Master’s preferred. Minimum 5 years of finance experience with strong financial analysis, planning, and modeling skills. Fluent in advanced English with excellent oral, written, and presentation skills. Ability to work well in a remote or distributed team; responsive, agile, and able to manage priorities with minimal supervision.
