This role focuses on ensuring products meet market needs, enhance customer satisfaction, and comply with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with sales, customer service, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective product launches and maintain strong market positioning. Responsibilities Create and present regional marketing and brand plans to support long-term growth initiatives. Gain in-depth knowledge of Biosurgery products and competitors, implementing competitive strategies to differentiate product value propositions. Lead the implementation of global marketing campaigns while maintaining brand identity and optimizing marketing spend. Oversee the rollout and improvement of marketing technologies, including CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and content management tools (e.g., Seismic). Design and manage competitive healthcare professional (HCP) training programs for the Biosurgery portfolio in collaboration with Medical Affairs. Organize and moderate training workshops for commercial teams, ensuring effective onboarding and skill refreshers. Key Skills and Requirements Experience in marketing or product management within the pharmaceutical or MedTech industry. Experience in the operating room is essential and experience in biosurgery is advantageous. Expertise in demand generation, product positioning, marketing campaigns, KOL relationships, and competitive intelligence. Familiarity with the European market and marketing technologies such as Salesforce and Seismic. Strong ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international, and cross-functional environment. Proven track record of leading complex initiatives and achieving desired outcomes. Fluency in English, French and Spanish is required. Willingness to travel internationally up to 60%. #J-18808-Ljbffr
