The role Technical Support Apprentice Are you interested in the world of technology and sales as an opportunity to start your professional development in the commercial area of IT? Are you motivated to interact with clients, understand their needs, and learn about technological solutions, services, and commercial processes? We are looking for a person for the role of Commercial Apprentice in IT, who will join the commercial team to support client management, opportunity tracking, and the organization of commercial information related to technological solutions. This position is ideal for those starting their career in sales, interested in technology, and eager to learn and develop in a commercial environment. What you will do: Support prospecting and initial contact with potential clients, identifying commercial opportunities in the technology sector. Assist in client follow‑up and opportunity tracking, updating information in commercial tools and CRM systems. Support the preparation and organization of proposals, commercial presentations, and sales reports. Collaborate in the management and basic analysis of commercial information to support the team’s decision‑making. Participate in the daily activities of the commercial team, learning about sales processes, customer service, and best practices in marketing technological solutions. Genuine interest in sales and commercial development. Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and work teams.
