The mission of this role is to conduct in‑depth financial analysis and modeling to support accurate budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision‑making, enabling organizational growth. Responsibilities Perform detailed analysis of budget versus actual performance, identify key variances, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management. Prepare and present financial reports to support decision‑making. Develop and maintain financial models for annual budgets and regular rolling forecasts. Analyze financial trends and project future performance. Conduct profitability analyses for projects, clients, or business segments to guide the organization’s financial strategy. Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights for department heads. Support business partners by providing financial guidance on initiatives and projects. Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, reporting tools, and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy. This may involve automating reports and creating advanced spreadsheets. Partner closely with accounting teams and other departments to ensure data integrity and align financial processes with business objectives. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Over 5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and modeling, preferably in audiovisual production and/or advertising. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with expert‑level skills in Excel. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
