Role Description We are seeking a full-time Especialista Franchising & Development to join our team in the Centro Metropolitan Area & South and Isles This on-site role involves developing and implementing franchise strategies, managing relationships with franchisees, conducting market analysis, and identifying growth opportunities. The specialist will work collaboratively with other teams to enhance business operations, ensure a high standard of service delivery, and achieve strategic development goals. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to perform market research, analyze trends, and develop data-driven strategies Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with franchisees and partners Sales expertise to drive growth and support franchisee success Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making Experience in franchise management or Commercial Bank, insurance, business development is highly regarded #J-18808-Ljbffr
