Producer (Video Production)

What You’ll Do Run a range of Specialised Production Services (video, motion, 3D, AR) production projects from brief to delivery, including brand films, digital ads, and modular content for performance marketing Partner with our internal Creative Leads, DOPs, editors, and scriptwriters to execute high-quality work, coordinate global shoots – onsite or remote-directed – and manage external vendors as needed Support the integration of AI-powered tools for scripting, storyboarding, post-production, and asset creation when relevant Manage project budgets, timelines, licensing, and deliverables across channels including social, Connected TV, and digital ads Collaborate with Superside’sb>AR & 3D team on interactive or immersive content, understanding the basic phases of these projects Build and maintain a vetted global supplier network across crew, gear, studios, and specialized production services Continuously optimize production processes and identify scalable ways of working Work closely with Creative Project Managers, Creative Directors, Finance, and directly with customers Keep everyone aligned and informed – from scope and planning to shoot and post What You’ll Need To Succeed 5+ years of experience in creative production (agency, in-house, or production company) Strong experience managing video shoots, post-production , and digital-first content (organic and paid) Bonus if you’ve worked with performance marketing teams or optimized content for testing and iteration Comfort working in global, remote, and asynchronous environments A strong pulse on AI, AR, and emerging creative tools , with a curiosity to test and apply them thoughtfully Proven experience managing external vendors, production budgets, and contracts A process-minded approach to projects, with a love for structure and efficiency Great vibes – you're a doer, problem-solver, collaborator, and communicator Flexibility to work with different time zones and occasional irregular schedules Why Join us?
