Role Overview We seek an experienced Sr Solutions Architect with expertise in Azure cloud migration. This technical leader will drive cloud strategy, oversee migrations, and provide hands-on solutions. The role involves 80% client-facing (billable) work and 20% internal efforts. Key Responsibilities Cloud Strategy & Solution Design Partner with clients to assess goals and design migration strategies. Develop scalable, cost-effective Azure solutions following best practices. Create technical roadmaps and architecture diagrams for migration projects. Present strategies to stakeholders and refine solutions based on feedback. Technical Leadership & Delivery Lead teams through Azure migration projects from planning to execution. Contribute technically through coding, architecture reviews, and troubleshooting. Define best practices for security, automation, and infrastructure optimization. Collaborate with delivery managers to ensure project success within budget and schedule. Sales & Business Development Support Work with sales teams to assess client needs and provide technical insights. Support proposals and business cases for migration initiatives. Identify new opportunities within existing clients. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years in cloud engineering, architecture, or related fields. Proven expertise in Azure migration, IaC, automation, and security. Strong technical leadership, including hands-on development and mentoring.
