Middle Salesforce Administrator at TechMagic We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with 3+ years of professional experience to join our successful project from the USA. Qualifications 3+ years of commercial experience; Understanding of Sales and Service Cloud functionality; Objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules creation and management; Experience configuring automation using Flows; User and Permission management experience; Knowledge of data management tools. Upper-Intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English (B2+) Preferred Integrations with Formstack, DocuSign or other signing tools experience. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day configuration of the Salesforce org, ensuring system stability and data accuracy. Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and automation tools. Provide ongoing support to end-users: troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and resolving system errors. Conduct user training and develop documentation for new processes. Manage user onboarding/offboarding and ensure correct permission assignments. About Project Our client is a Software company from the USA. An advanced biotechnology company focused on high‑precision cell therapies for blood cancers and autoimmune disorders, developing proprietary cellular products aimed at transforming allogeneic cell therapy. Project stage: Developing products from scratch. Team composition: 1 Salesforce Architect, 4 Developers, 2 QA engineers, 1 BA, 1 UI/UX Designer, 1 PM. Work Schedule: Full‑time, full remote available.
