Why You''ll Love Working Here Direct exposure to U.S. executives and hiring leaders Ownership over searches, not just task-based recruiting Remote, full-time stability with clear expectations A performance-focused environment that values execution and quality Room to grow your scope as you consistently deliver results Collaborative team culture without micromanagement What You''ll Be Doing Partner with U.S. client recruiting teams to source and pre-qualify candidates for active requisitions (Medical, Engineering, Technical, Construction, and Legal) Generate candidate interest through email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, job postings, and targeted sourcing strategies Conduct initial candidate screens to assess experience, interest, and overall fit Coordinate interviews between candidates and U.S. clients, ensuring clear communication and smooth scheduling Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS, LinkedIn Projects, and internal databases Continuously explore new sourcing approaches to reach diverse and high-quality talent pools Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing searches Conduct candidate interviews and provide clear, structured feedback Create, edit, and post job descriptions tailored to U.S. market requirements Support recruiting operations through timely documentation and follow-ups What We''re Looking For At least 1 year of recruiting experience including hands-on experience recruiting U.S.-based candidates (agency or corporate) Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools Willing to work graveyard or early morning shifts aligned with U.S. time zones (weekends off) Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple searches at once Ready to Apply?
