To continue providing an exceptional experience to homebuyers, real estate agents, and lending partners, we are expanding our title processing team. The Role: Title Insurance Pre-Processor We are seeking a dedicated Title Insurance Pre-Processor to join the team on a part‑time basis. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting smooth, timely closings by coordinating title orders, facilitating clear communication with clients and partners, and ensuring all pre‑closing documentation is accurate and complete. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in the real estate and mortgage industry and thrives in a detail‑oriented, client‑facing position. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and provide professional support to clients, realtors, and lenders. Open and manage new title orders, ensuring timely entry into the processing system. Review and interpret title insurance commitments, lien searches, and estoppel letters. Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and lenders to gather required documentation. Review real estate contracts and assist in coordinating the pre‑closing process. Support the processing team with administrative tasks to help maintain efficient transaction timelines. Requirements Experience in title insurance, preferably in a pre‑processing capacity. Minimum C1 English level is a must. Strong understanding of title commitments, lien searches, estoppel letters, and real estate contracts. Familiarity with the real estate and mortgage lending process. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Previous experience working with a mortgage brokerage or real estate agency. Previous experience working with an international client (US). Part‑time position (20 hours per week).
