Los candidatos seleccionados brindarán soporte integral en el ciclo completo contable, preparación de estados financieros y análisis bajo estándares internacionales. Dependiendo del perfil, el rol puede incluir liderazgo de equipo y coordinación estratégica. Preparación y análisis de estados financieros bajo IFRS, NIIF, US GAAP y COLGAAP . Cierres mensuales: asignaciones, provisiones de impuestos, conciliaciones bancarias y balance sheet reconciliations. Control y registro de transacciones contables (G/L postings, AR/AP, depreciación, costos ). Generación de reportes diarios, semanales y mensuales (GL, AR, Cash ). Análisis de variaciones, presupuestos y covenants financieros. Supervisión y desarrollo de equipo contable (para perfiles gerenciales). Coordinación con bancos y entidades externas para resolución de incidencias. Preparación y respuesta a auditorías internas y externas. Actualización y mantenimiento de políticas y procedimientos. Idioma: Inglés B2+ (conversacional y escrito). Experiencia en ciclo completo contable y preparación de estados financieros. Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, análisis). Conocimiento en sistemas ERP: Odoo, Oracle, SIIGO, VANTACA, NEXUS, QuickBooks, Dynamics 365, Sage Intacct, Prism HRP . Liderazgo y trabajo en equipo Gestión del tiempo y atención al detalle Experiencia en multi-company / divisional financials y job costing . Conocimiento en auditorías internas y externas.
