Key Responsibilities Support clients in adopting Retail Gateway platforms and maximizing value. Develop reports, templates, and analyses to accelerate adoption. Deliver insights based on data integration (POS, Panel, Shopper Loyalty). Act as a platform expert, educating clients on best practices. Identify process improvements and standardization opportunities. Monitor usage, measure impact, and share success stories. Escalate client issues and propose functionality enhancements. Core Competencies Ability to connect client needs with platform capabilities. Tech‑savvy and eager to master new tools (AI, visualization). Strong analytical mindset and retail landscape knowledge. Experience with syndicated data and market research. Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and advanced analytics. Strong communication skills; high level of English (written and spoken).
