1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Our company specializes in providing high quality IT support services (in English) remotely from Cali, Colombia to our clients located in the United States. This is an on-site position only . Position overview : Responsible for planning, organizing, and execution of IT functions defined for this position. Key responsibilities includes client relations, level 1 and level 2 help desk IT support tasks as well as project development and execution. Additional duties are managing and supporting existing IT operations and applications to meet customer requirements, as well as development of new technical solutions. 1. Proficient in English - Must be able to fluently communicate in English (both verbal and written communication) 2. Experience delivering Level-1 and/or Level-2 technical support to users on Windows 10, 11, Server 2016, 2019, 2022 or 2025. 3. Troubleshooting of problems in Windows (OS, booting, updates, components, roles, etc.) 4. Troubleshooting of issues in Microsoft Outlook (Office365 connectivity) 5. Diagnose and resolution of printer issues 6. Diagnose and resolution of problems related to Internet connectivity (ISP modems, routers, access points, etc,) 7. Experience performing PC maintenance (profile housekeeping, removal of programs, malware/virus removal, etc.) 8. Excellent customer service, communication, negotiation and influential skills 9. Self-directed and goal oriented (Must have a 'can do' positive attitude) 10. Resolve as many user-reported problems as expertise permits using available tools and following procedures and policies for the handling of support cases. 11. Experience in hardware technologies, involving servers/PC, networks, cabling, dedicated appliances, storage devices, cellular telephony and IP telephony 12. Ability to lead, manage and motivate others 13.
