What you will do- Conduct accessibility audits and report violations;
- Use automated tools to detect common issues and perform manual testing for deeper insights;
- Test keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, and dynamic content updates;
- Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure accessibility from the design phase;
- Document issues, log them in bug tracking software, and create compliance reports.
- 3+ years of experience in manual QA/testing with a focus on accessibility;
- Strong knowledge of WCAG, ARIA, and Section 508 standards;
- Hands-on experience with automated tools (Axe, Lighthouse, WAVE, Pa11y);
- Proficiency in manual testing using NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, ChromeVox;
- Familiarity with mobile accessibility testing (iOS/Android);
- Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Asana);
- IAAP certifications (CPACC, WAS) are a plus;
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
